Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription cancellations and refund requests for Catalogue 360, a product of Heronhats LLP.

As a service provider, we aim to be fair to our Merchants while covering the operational costs associated with maintaining the digital menu hosting at catalogue360.com.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Merchants may choose to cancel their Catalogue 360 subscription at any time via the Merchant Android App or by contacting our support team at heronhats@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, your digital menu will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle unless a refund is requested and processed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to heronhats@gmail.com within [e.g., 7 or 14] days of the transaction. Refunds are generally considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure of the Service that prevents the Merchant from managing their menu.
  • Accidental duplicate payments.

3. Refund Calculation (Deductions)

If a refund is approved, the final amount credited back to the Merchant will not be the full transaction amount. The following deductions will apply:

  • Processing Fees: A non-refundable processing fee (covering payment gateway charges and administrative costs) will be deducted from the total amount.
  • Pro-rata Usage Charge: We will deduct a proportionate amount for the period the service was active or used. For example, if you paid for a monthly plan and request a refund after 10 days, the cost for those 10 days of service will be deducted.

Formula: Refund Amount = Total Paid - (Processing Fee) - (Daily Rate × Days Used)

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Partial months of usage where the Merchant simply chose not to use the platform.
  • Disruptions caused by third-party services like WhatsApp or the User's internet connectivity.
  • Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
